2013-04-12 Faction Carnival!

Aiysha: We have struggled to get out to do our running practices because of my injuries, but they started to feel better and we managed to go in the dark to practice both running and throwing.

At the faction carnival, I actually came 1st in Long Throw, 3rd in 800 and 3rd in the Long Jump. I was very pleased with that. In the sprints, I was so happy to come second, Monique came first.

I also came runner up best girl the third year running!

It was so much fun though, and so great to be in it with my sister!

Clara: On the Sunday before the carnival, I hurt my thigh, but I kept on icing it, and Daddy did some funny massage on it, and we went out twice running and stretching at night, and it ended up being fine!

On the day, I came first in my race, and got first in the grand relay. It was so much fun, and Aiysha and I ended up being chosen for the interschool carnival! We are so proud!

Aiysha looked after me the whole day, and it was so much fun! I loved it, and got to hand around my friends, especially Georgia!

C: Went to Harbour Town for some shopping - always funny, but ran out of time, again!

Great watching the girls do so well at the carnival! Lots of fun!

S: Went for a run, got stung by a bee and had a huge rash everywhere - ew! Iced down by girls...not nice. Went to see Western Force with Mr. Gray too! They beat the Crusdaders, with 5 streakers on the pitch, one of who got thrown and punched by a Crusaders player. Funny!

Girls were brilliant at the carnival!

2013-04-01 Easter Weekend!

Aiysha: On Friday we went to the beach with Lauren - it was a little cold and windy, but we had our wet suits so we were pretty warm. We decided to go to the cinema with Lauren too, and went to watch Oz The Great And Powerful - I really enjoyed it, but it was a little scary.

We had Adam's naming party at Emerald Park which was fun, and I did lots of gymnastics on the oval.

Our bike ride near Applecross was really interesting - loads of boats and people water skiing, and I wondered what it was like. Looked fun!

Clara: Easter was so funny! We went to watch a film on Friday which was great, and then we had our Easter Egg hunt on Sunday, which was really funny! It was much harder than last year, and Daddy had to help a little.

We went for a HUGE bike ride on Sunday too along the river, and me and Daddy chatted all the way. I was pretty tired, but I loved playing in the parks, easting my ice cream, and watching the fish off the pier!

Sad to say goodbye to Claire Bossert Hound - she's going to Bridgetown for 3 months! We did have a party to say goodbye though which was fun!


C: Amazing weather over Easter! We even got in our pool!

S: Could be the last time in our pool? Amazing bike ride along the river.

2013-03-23 Goodbye Lisa Fitzpatrick.

Aiysha: We were all really sad to hear that Lisa Fitzpatrick, Lucy's Mum, died last week. She was a really nice person, and Daddy and I had lots of laughs with her when we were at gym waiting for pick ups. I'm really sad for Lucy.

I went to Martina's and Hannah's Party this week.

Clara: I'm sad for Lucy and her mum - she is nice, and she came to Aiysha's party.


I was the only girl invited to Georgia Party at The Great Escape - it was fun!

C: It was a lovely service for Lisa.

S: Lisa was a lovely person, and I was thankful to have met her and enjoyed her company.

2013-03-06 Stitches, GM Sik and GD Brian

Aiysha: I can't believe I got more stitches in the same leg! I was climbing up to a water slide in Hillary's, and my leg got caught in a barnicle. 6 stitches. I was pretty upset and had to miss 2 weeks of gym.

Grandma and Grandma arrived, and spent the first week with us, then Daddy went with them to Albany which sounded lovely, and they came back for the last week.

We went to a the Reptile Park, which was really funny, and then stopped for coffee and ice cream.

In Albany, they even went to the nicest beach in WA! Amazing!

Clara: I think Grandma and Grandpa loved the animals at my party! We also went to Yanchep to have a picnic and play some cricket with my new cricket set! That was fun, because I think I won!

C: Dance Mom's week with the girls!

S: Albany was amazing!
