2017-03-27 Sculptures By The Sea

Aiysha: I injured my back again, and now I am back in recovery mode - so frustrating! I managed to get it well enough to run cross country and I came 2nd! I was pretty pleased with that. I also made it into the interschool swimming carnival - I came 2nd in breast stroke and 2nd in free style!

I went to a bit of a messy party, and to cut a long sad story short my iPhone screen broke as a result. No details required...

There was drama at Viva's touch where a new team decided to come down to play, but refused to mix with everyone else! Crazy! Chad in the end told them where to go - good on you Chad!

Daddy took us out to Grilld while Mummy went out - it was fun! We walked around Hillary's and also walked on the beach! It was nice! saw some light-up paddle board, and also went to the fair.

Clara: I have started PEAC now, and it does make my brain hurt! I like it though, but unfortunately I miss sprinting. I also practice my clarinet each day. The interschool carnival is coming up, and I have been practicing long throw, long jump and sprinting - I am nervous as there is another school involved this year - Heathridge, so should be very interesting!

We went to Sculptures By The Sea this week, and we saw some very interesting sculptures!

I am also doing a solo for my dancing, and I am practicing it a lot.

C: We are finally painting the lounge ceiling - it is taking such a long time as it is pretty hard with all the beams, believe it or not! It has taken at least 3 weekends!

Getting pretty rainy here now - maybe the summer has gone :-( We've been without our solar pump for the past 8 weeks, but we finally got our replacement one put in last Monday (20th)

S: Decided to get a number 1.5 haircut - interesting reception. I like it though.

2017-03-09 Autumn, Surprise Rugby Game

Aiysha: Chad got us some free tickets to see Western Force beat the Reds - it was such an amazing game, and we watched Quade Cooper and Stephen Moore play for the Reds. We we did good! Thanks Chad!

Clara and I both went for sleep overs - Aaliyahs and Caseys, so Mummy and Daddy decided to go out - wow!

Viva's started this week, and it was nice to play again - it was so much fun! I also made the first team for West Coasters which I was really proud of. Unfortunately, I didn't get into TACT this year, even though I made it through to the final trial - I think I chose the wrong position, and perhaps I didn't play last year. Nevermind! I also did well in my interhouse swimming, and got into interschool!

We've done a lot of things at night during the last of the summer - a lot of night time swims and also going to Emerald Park to kick and throw the ball around.

I was asked to go to a trip into town related to mining - it was interesting.

Clara: I was so excited about starting my Clarinet this year - I am going to take such good care of it!
I also tried out for Student Councillor - and I got elected! Wow, it was so proud, and Declan was the other counsellor.

Daddy and I went rock climbing for the first time in a long time, and it was fun. We also started running club again, and it is hard work. But I'm determined this year to get my 200km!

Like Aiysha, I also managed to get into the West Coasters 1st team. I don't seem to be playing with a lot of the girls I played with in Spring, so it will be interesting.

I had a PD day off with Doodis, and we went to the beach, and we saw this spooky mist across the whole of the beach. It was the strangest thing ever, and after about 10 minutes, it was bring sunshine again! Wierd! We went to Yelo after for our usual coffee, milkshake and muffin - yum!

C: Since the girls were out, we decided to go out too! We went for a walk on the beach where we firstly saw Julz, and then we saw a friend of Steve's called Michael who was an Astral photographer - his photos of the stars and the sky were amazing! He also has an exhibition that would be cool to go to. We could not decide whether to go Japanese or Indian, so we went to a fairly cheep Japanese, and it was lovely!

Well done guys for getting into the 1st teams!

S: It was our Burning Fruit farewell to Dusty - we met at Mullaloo, played some touch rugby, then spend forever cooking a BBQ - never again! It was fun though, and everyone came down for a play, a bit and a swim!

The evening before we went to Ian's leaving party in town - he was finally going over East for a job. It was an interesting evening and met quite a few people, one gave Paish advice on mining jobs! We went for our usual Chinese in Northbridge that night. Unfortunately there was a bucks party going on, and it was soooooo noisy! Youngsters these days!

Awesome result in the netball guys!

2017-02-14 I am 10!

Stay tuned for more on my birthday!

2017-02-12 TACT, Clarinet, Running, Rain! MAX IS BORN!

Clara: I am so excited about school this year! I get to learn clarinet!

Daddy, Aiysha and I have been doing a lot of running together too, which has been fun, especially in the rain - one week we did 24k! Wow, that was great, and I felt good at the end of that week!

Happy Birthday Max! What shall we call you now? Blim?

Aiysha: I love the rain, and it has rained ALOT!

I had TACT trials this last week, and I got through to the second round, which I am so happy with.

I have worked a couple of shifts at KMart and school has been fun! Really enjoying those at the moment :-)

Happy Birthday Max! Don't let Bella bully you!

It was so nice to see Casey again! We went down to Mullaloo to have fish and chips, have a swim and watch the sun set - it was fun!

C: Grandpa Arthur would be proud of how much we've cleared the garden ready for greens collection! And we've fixed the frog house lights and put a new trellis up! Wow!

Amazing Blick! Happy Birthday Max!

S: I wish summer would come back!

1-2-3 MAX!
