2018-12-30 We're Off To Rome! Christmas Was Fun! New Office Finished?

Clara: We had such a fun Christmas! We had another Op Shop Christmas, and it was so funny! We got some really cool things, and thank you everyone for their presents and lovely wishes. We can't wait to see our family in the UK too!

Adventure World was so much fun - I loved the Abyss - I didn't go on it last year, but I went 3 times with Daddy.

We went to Yanchep for a bacon and eggs BBQ - Aiysha went to a movie which was a shame, as it was lovely. We hopped to Yanchep Lagoon first, but too windy. Went to Yanchep Park, flew the drone a bit (but scared the roos!), which was fun, then had our BBQ in the dark! Scary!

I finally got my own phone! iPhone 6S Plus! It has been fun setting it up!

We went to see Bumblebee - I cried so much, one of the best films I've ever seen! I loved it! We were pretty much the only ones in the cinema too!

Aiysha: Smashed Daddy on the mats - twice in a row - he was not happy, I was.

Christmas was a lot of fun - some really funny presents, and really chilled. We flew the drone too! It was pretty scary.

Loved surfing in the evenings, and had a wild surf when the wind was crazy and there were some pretty bad rips. Rox lost her board at one point, and we really struggled to catch any waves it was so rough. It was fun though!

I got breathalised for the first time ever - funny!

C: Its been pretty hectic leading up to our trip, but can't wait! It's snowing in La Tania already! Josh gave us some cray fish he caught - yummy!

S: Very fun Christmas on the beach, and very peaceful. A million jobs before we go though!

2018-12-16 Aiysha on Tour in Dunsborough, Edgewater Primary Graduation! Dave's 50th!

Clara: I'm going to miss Edgewater Primary so much! I loved it!

Graduation was so special - they did a private graduation, and I got awarded High Achievement and the Dux award! I could not believe the Dux! I also got the sports award, which was awesome!

We then had a graduation assembly, a graduation party at HBF Arena, and also went bowling and ice skating! We had so much fun, but it was really sad to say goodbye to everyone. I am lucky quite a few are going to Mater Dei!

Aiysha: Dunsborough was awesome! I got a bit panicked a couple of times - losing keys, locking ourselves out of the toilet. But it was awesome. I'm making a video now!

S: Dave's 50th - see funny video! We missed Aiysha, but she was never too far away!

Amazing awards Rox!

By the way, I made a stand up table for my new office! Funky!

C: Well done Rox, what an amazing school for you! Amazing prizes, well done!

2018-12-09 Brisbane Rugby 7s Nationals - Western Force u18s

Aiysha: The best tournament so far! We only lost one game that we should not have lost, and drew another game against NSW, but because they scored first, we lost! That was not fair. They got to the final and only lost by 2 points - I reckon we could have won it if we got through.

We all have another year though, and it was awesome fun!

I can't wait until next year - I'm going to train so hard!

S: I didn't think I was going to get there - I was ill on the Thursday, and decided at 2pm that I could possibly make it, and feel better by the time I got there.

I took the overnight flight, and got there at 5am. What a trip! Met Conrad, Steph and Sandy, and we hung around together the whole weekend and evenings at Eat Street. It was so much fun, and met some old Wests players too!

Aiysha played and captained amazingly - so proud!

We lost the Spring Netball final - Rox played 2 quarters, but we didn't play well in the last quarter and went down. What a shame.

Clara: It was just me and Mummy all weekend! Lots of Air Track!

C: So proud of you Paish!

2018-12-01 Western Force Captain! Gail Meade EOY Performance!

Aiysha: I was made captain of the Western Force u17 Girls team! I am so amazed! We go on tour next week, so I am very excited!

Clara: I made it! After all the dramas with my virus, then my illness, I finally recovered well enough to be in my end of year concert! I was so excited as I am in 9 dances!

We just made it to my open night - we spoke to Mr Butt too - it was nice!

C: Well done Paish, and well done Rox! You both have done so well!

S: So proud of you Paish! Well done! What an amazing achievement!

Awesome Rox, you did it! Shame I'm not well now :-(

We've won the last 4 weeks of netball very convincingly, and we have one more game to go! And it's not against the top Hammersley team! I'm trying to get Jane to organise it so we can have a definitive winner this Spring, rather than base it on points average, which is not fun. We'll see!

2018-11-27 Mater Dei Awards, Junior States

Aiysha: The Mater Dei Awards Night was so funny! I managed to get two awards - Contribution to Sport and Chemistry, and I also got runner up in Physics, even though I failed the exam. The funniest part was watching Charlie help present awards - he didn't want to be there!

Had our Junior State Championships for touch, and we ended up forming a social team, which was a little bit of a mistake as we got smashed by every team. It was super frustrating, and it was not enjoyable for anyone. Lesson learned.

Clara: I am sooo hoping I will be well enough for my dance comp. I felt great last weekend, but after going to school a few days, I caught a bad cold, and I had to stay at home again!

C: Dancing is ramping up - just hope Rox is well enough!

S: Managing to get out to windsurf a couple of times a week, until my fin broke.

Watching Junior States was not fun. What a shame.

Our new office is almost done, and I've made a couple of tables too! I'm such a handy man!
