2020-01-22 I Passed My Driving Test! My Wisdom Teeth, I'm Off My Leash and Free!

Aiysha: Well, after the second attempt, I finally passed my driving test! Yippee! I told Dad I failed by not stopping at a junction, and left the P plates in the fridge for him to find, but he never opened the fridge! Just to recap, I failed the first time by pulling out and not looking in my mirrors or indicating - that would do it!

Like Callie, I'm off my leash and I can now go where I want! Yeah!

Callie: The Wiglies finally let me off my leash at Emerald Park, and I went nuts! It was so much fun, and I wore myself out as I didn't pace myself. I just hung around Dad and Clara, but it was so much fun! Go me!

Clara: Callie was so fast and so brave! It was great letting her off the lead for the first time, but a little scary too!

C: I'm glad you did it and not me! Awesome job Paish! Well done!

S: Well done Paish! I look forward to you returning all the favours!

2020-01-18 Touch Rugby Finals, Down South

C: Me, Grandma and Grandpa went down south to Pemberton for a few days. It was lovely, and we did a few trips:
  • Pemberton Tram Ride - Grandpa loved that!
  • Mount Chudalup
  • Salmon Beach - couldn't swim as there was a dead whale and there were pesky sharks hanging around
  • Windy Harbour
  • Climbed Gloucester, but not very high
  • Lots of pioneer museums - the best one was in Northcliffe
We stayed in a rammed earth property and Grandpa went to meet the owner. We had picnics every day and cooked each night before looking at the stars. Grandpa loved making his log fires each night, even though it was 30 degrees!

Clara: We had our touch rugby finals - we were to play Bopers in the semi finals, and then Legacy. We were very nervous going into the Bopers game, but we played so well and all our moves came off and we won by about 11-3, which was awesome!

It was really hot by the time we played Legacy, and we made a lot of mistakes at the start of the game that cost us a few touch downs. In the end, we never really got going and we lost by quite a few. If only we played like we did against Bopers! I'm sure we'll get them next time! Overall though, we had an amazing season and it was fun having Dad coach us some really cool moves!

Aiysha: I wish I had seen the final - I had to train for Super W.

We had an awesome day at the beach where it was so clear and I took Dad's camera out. It was amazing!

S: Great season guys! You'll beat them next year!

2020-01-02 I'm Allowed Out! Wahoo!

Callie: I'm free! It is so cool! I'm gonna meet the world! Al the dogs and humans are gonna love me! I'm gonna make sure of it!

Clara: Finally we can take her out! It is going to be so much fun! Emerald Park is awesome - we let her off her leash. We also went to a few dog beaches - Pinnaroo, Quinns, Trigg. It is so much fun, and Callie is so fast! She is just the best!

Aiysha: I really need to sort out my front on parking! My test is coming up, and it ain't looking pretty!

Callie is awesome!

C: I love Callie so much! She is so much fun now that she is out and about!

S: Hmmm, your test is gonna be interesting Paish! Callie is crazy!

2019-12-31 Grandma & Grandpa Arrive

Clara: It is so exciting having Grandpa and Grandma here! They travelled business class of course, and arrived in their very posh car.

They arrived late in the afternoon and we had dinner on the top terrace.

Dad and I went for a run on New Years Day - Paish didn't feel up to it after her late night, so we just went - it was hard, but we were so glad we did it!

Aiysha: It was lovely to see Grandma and Grandpa again - I did go out on New Years Eve to The Ice Cream Factory which was funny.

C: Welcome again to Australia Mum and Dad!

S: Hope you like dogs! Awesome to do a 6km run on New Years Day with you Rox!

2019-12-25 It's Christmas!

Clara: I am so happy that it is Christmas! We're planning so much fun, and Grandma and Grandpa are coming too! We did our traditional Christmas at the beach, with an amazing Christmas dinner and spreading our presents across the day. It was so nice having Callie around too, and we are so lucky to be able to spend so much time with her!

We are getting to grips with surfing too, which is great fun. I am so determined to get on my board, but I keep putting my knees down!

Aiysha: It is so nice now - no exams, no studying and easing into Christmas has been great. I've had quite a few shifts and seen my friends a lot.

I invited a few people to mine for a few drinks, but some people took it to the extreme, and it ended up not being very pleasant - not naming names Jenna!

C: Yes, a little bit messy to say the least.

S: How funny was that party Paish! Mummy and I went out for dinner to come back to mayhem! Hilarious! Why is it always Jenna?
