Paish: I looked forward to Beach Touch all year! This time I get to play with Jaxon! It was such a good day, and it was such hard work! We had 7 games before we hit semi-finals, and in the semi we had to play the Rosalie team who we almost lost to in the round games. It was such a close game, and at one point we conceded so many points that we went down to them. In the last couple of minutes, we managed to score a couple more, and we won it by one! We met the winner from the other pool in the final - a Northern touch team who said they could take us, but we beat them pretty easily, even with Jaxon rolling off the pitch with cramp, twice! Even Uncle Dave could not take his eyes off the guy blocking the camera! So funny!
Rox: Me and Dad spent the whole day together - it was so funny! We mooched around the beach touch, then followed the girls who were doing the Care Bear Cup Round 3 which was really funny. It was great watching Paish win the final, and even funnier watching Jaxson roll off the pitch with cramp!
We had our first state 17s training with our new coach Guy - exciting to see what happens!
