On the plane Daddy checked out Blue Eye Samurai to see if it was any good - and it was so cool! He couldn't stop myself watching. The guy two seats down kept on snoring - Daddy was glad he didn't sit next to him! Mummy had to though.
We then changed at KL - we, well, Rox and Mummy, decided to head straight for the basement gate, so we didn't get a chance to explore the shops - boo!
The next flight Daddy had a whole row to myself, so he spread himself out nicely!
We arrived at around 8.30, and went straight out to our waiting taxi and to our flat where Marcia let us in to our condo! It had no only one, but two pools and a gym!
We decided to head to the huge but empty Imago shopping centre to get a local breakfast - at around 11am - Rox and Daddy had noodles, and mummy had a small salted egg pastry. We then went back to sleep for a couple of hours as we were so tired.
Before we headed out to dinner we did some exercise - our closest pool was closed so walked around and discovered an infinity pool a little further away - it was so nice until the storms came in, then we had to get out. We just sat watching the planes for ages, then went back to our condo.
We were advised of 2 seafood restaurants, so tried Welcome first - it was incredible! The baby kai lan was the highlight - it was amazing, and we ordered steam fish, salted egg crab, and rice - wow, what a meal to start us off!
We were pooped, so we started BES (Blue Eye Samurai) before heading to bed. What a crazy first day!
S: Had a final wing foil with Matt and Deano! My knee didn't fare too well :-(
