2023-03-26 Back in Oz, I'm State Captain! Super W vs Waratahs, Comet's first away game in Mandurah

Paish: Our first big test against Waratahs away in Sydney! HUGE bruises on my thighs after the first Super W game against Waratahs. We lost, I think I played a really good defensive game and made some try saving tackles! I really enjoyed the challenge!

Rox: I can't believe I am captain for the 17s! I'm very fortunate, and I love my vice captain Grace Joost. It is already gearing up to be a really exciting and fun tour! We had our presentations too with all the parents and Dan Ryan with the Fever - that was so cool! I got presented my dress from Verity Simmons.

Had our first Comets away game against Mandurah on Sunday...against Peel Lightening, and we won it pretty convincingly! After the Peel Lightening game, I got interviewed by Tracy Swarmi as I was made man of the match - it was pretty funny, and nice. We won that game pretty well - George came to watch me too which was really nice. I really enjoyed it!

We won CAS against Irene McCormack - 6-3. We have a lot of young players who are pretty quick and good!

S: So nice to be warm again! Feels like I am on holiday! Dave spent ages reorganising the barn after we move everything out of the shop - it looks amazing now! Great work Dave!

C: I am soooo excited about going on tour! Well played Rox and Paish - we are so proud!
