2013-02-18 My Animal Party!

Clara: I loved my Animal Party! It was just the best! Thank you everyone for coming! I even got to feed a pig, and had unlimited rides on the pony!

Thank you Lauren and Aiysha for all your help!

Aiysha: Almost finished our film with Lauren - she is very clever with her iPad. Lauren slept over especially to help with Clara's party!

I also went to Kiera and Yasmin's party at Hillary's. It was funny.

C: It was such a funny party!

S: What a great idea!

2013-02-07 Back To School

Aiysha: I was so excited to see the class lists, and they did not disappoint me - I am so happy with the people in my class and my teacher. It is going to be the best last year! Unfortunately, I will be getting a lot of homework.

Clara: I get homework too! No fair! I made up all my party invites - I can't wait!

C: I started my new job at Connolly this week! It is a lovely school and everyone is so friendly!

S: More windsurfing, more injuries - this time my shoulder.

Went down to Mandurah with James and Ray for crabbing - we caught 8 in our secret place!

2013-01-24 My First Sleepover, Gym Camp

Clara: I had my first sleepover at Claire Bossert Hounds! It was great!

I caught some jellies while Daddy took Aiysha windsurfing! It was fun!

Aiysha: I had a gym camp for 2 days at northern districts. I was so happy to be invited to a sleepover at Grace's - it was fun, and we played on our DS's.

2013-01-29 Summer Splashdown, Australia Day and Adventure World again!

Aiysha: I did my round off back flip backsault finally, and I showed Dad - I was so proud! Lauren and I have started to make a music video to 'I'm Wide Awake', and so far it looks really cool. We're also playing Minecraft, which is so much fun. It is all about building your own world, and Clara and I love it!

I went to Lauren's birthday party, and it was at Adventure World. Loads of my friends went, and we loved all the rides!

Clara: I kept on practicing playing catchy, and finally I did a catch on the big wall - I was so proud of myself, and I was smiling for hours after!

We went to watch Aiysha at the summer splashdown, and it was so hot that Daddy and I jumped into the lake. That was funny, but dangerous as there were poles sticking up just under the water, and we had to be careful.

We played cricket on Daddy's day off - it was fun.

Lauren came back from Brisbane, and gave me a new bear called Poland, I love him.

C: How hot was the summer splashdown! It took hours, and Daddy and Clara had to go swimming in the lake to cool off!

S: Aiysha did so well at the summer splashdown - it was so hot!

2013-01-18 Picnic, Sleepover and Crazy Play

Aiysha: Loads of people came over to play! Joe, Harrison, Will, Lauren, Emmy. It was crazy times. We went off on our bikes, and went in the pool, and it was so loud!

Lauren came over for a too sleepover. It is always funny, and we also had pancakes!

Clara: We went to meet Daddy at his work for a picnic. It was really funny. We climbed trees, and found a cricket set and played a game - I loved it!


I had a party at Georgia McGuiness's. It was funny.

C: Crazy times at the Wiglies!

S: I love our picnics at work!

2013-01-09 4m Swell, End of Daddy's Holiday, Lauren The Lizard

Aiysha: At the weekend Lauren came to our, and I also went to Lauren's. We went to the beach, and the waves were so big! There was a 4m swell and Lauren came with us. The Harveys also joined us with Nick's brother Chris, and it was so much fun! Emily and Clara buried 2 tennis balls, and no one could find them, so we all decided to dig for them, and unfortunately Daddy found all 3 of them. We were not happy. He was.

We also watched Streetdance 2 on video - some amazing dancing!

Clara: I found a baby lizard who was not so well, so we caught her and I looked after her. I named her Lauren the lizar, and she was so funny. At one point we accidentally hurt her tail, but it healed eventually. I love her so much, and she watches TV with me.

What was Volcano Monster? Can anyone remember?

C: Lovely by the beach, and the waves were great!

S: Huge waves, and big drops! What a shame it is the end of my holiday, but it was a fantastic one!

Jigsaw! Snork!

2013-01-01 Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Aiysha: On Christmas Eve we went to Adventure World, and it was really hot. We met Hannah there and she went on the rides with us. I liked the Tunnel of Terror because it was really dark and it had arrows pointing the wrong way. We had an ice cream

We had a lovely Christmas Day, and opened a load of cool presents when we woke up. Roxy was up at 5am, but Mummy told her to go back to sleep. We met Joe at the beach with the rest of the Harveys, and it was a really hot day! We got two Furbys for Christmas, and they are sooooo funny! Grandpa would love them! Maybe next time he visits he will have to fix them!

It has continued to be 40+ over the next week, so we've spent most of the time at the beach or in our pool.

I have been watering Penny's plants with Joe, and once Lauren came down with Harrison. They also went in our pool, which was a bit crazy. I spent the day at Lauren's on New Year's Day. That was fun, but I got a bit of a fever when I got back.

I've been playing Logo Quiz and Wind Up Knight over the holidays so far, and each night we've been watching Super Nanny! It's funny.

I've been doing loads of strength work with Clara and Daddy! I am so close to getting my press to handstand consistently! I also am so close to doing my backsaults on the beach, but I managed to injure my Achilles again.

We've been doing a 1000 piece jigsaw - it is confusing and fun at the same time.

Clara: I love Super Nanny! Aiysha has been training me really hard, but she's helped me so much and I am so close to doing my tick tock! My back walk-overs are fine though!

We went to see Rise of the Guardians on New Years Eve, and it was brilliant! As soon as it finished, I wanted to watch it again!

C: It's been a lovely relaxing holiday. I loved the blue and orange double tube ride - can't remember the name, but it was fun!

S: Adventure World was excellent, especially the Freefall ride where I had to bribe Hannah and Aiysha to join me on the ride! Unfortunately I lost my shades :-(

Went to Safety Bay for a day, but came back pretty ill. Bit of a shame.

2012-12-23 Happy Birthday Uncool Dave!

Aiysha: It was a funny birthday for Uncle Dave. We took him out to City Beach to Clancy's Fish Bar at sunset, which was lovely. We sat outside for ages, and then we managed to get our table pretty quick and have our lovely fish and chips. Roxy had spaghetti, and Mummy and Daddy had a few starters, as usual. When we got back, we lit Uncool Dave's cake, which was Mummy's raspberry waffle cake, and it was yummy! For presents, we got him new boardies, and a pasta maker!

We played Connect 4, the IQ testing which he won to Daddy's disappointment, Catchy which Daddy won, and a new game where we threw the ball in the skimmer box - we have now called it Toad In The Hole, as we have a new thermometer which is a frog. We played lots of Top Trumps.

We had loads of fun with Uncool Dave, and even though he lost everything, he seemed to have fun.

Clara: Even though I couldn't do the IQ test, the guys made one up for me to test me, and I really enjoyed it! Happy Birthday Uncool Dave!

It was great having your around too - we had loads of fun in and out of the pool! Can't wait to see you again!

Daddy and Uncool Dave finally tidied up the garage and put some shelves up. They actually look pretty good!

S: The activities continued - 2 games of tennis, windsurfing at Safety Bay and Pelican point - both of us getting up and planing now, which is great. Dave has sorted his deep beach starts which he is really happy about - pretty amazing considering the start of the holiday.

We also managed to re-create a lovely sushi dish from Kailis Bros. We had crab and made our own pasta as Dave got his own pasta machine for his birthday.
