2014-04-27 Mummy's Birthday! Easter Bunny!
Clara: I love Easter, especially when the Easter Bunny hides all his eggs! This year was really hard though - he actually used the games room this year, and even Smokey's hutch. Unfortunately the egg in Smokey's hutch melted, so we couldn't really eat it. Daddy thinks Smokey ate it! It was really fun though, and my favourite part of Easter! I was pretty sad when we found the last egg :-(
Mummy's birthday was fun. After we gave her all our presents, we did a few jobs that Mummy wanted to do (to do with the bathroom), then we took her down to Fremantle to mooch around. We started off at the park where there was a Ferris Wheel which we went on. It was pretty scary and amazing, as we could see so far over the ocean. We then went to Mummy's favourite Little Creatures, where we only just found a table. After that, we went for a Cold Rock ice cream, and we also saw the circus act we saw at the Joondalup Festival performing in the streets - funny!
In the park we saw Ailiyah too, which was funny!
It was a funny day!
Happy Birthday Mummy!
Aiysha: I loved the Cold Rock ice creams - I had raspberry and vanilla this time - am I becoming more like Daddy? I did like his raspberry and cheesecake mix though.
The ferris wheel was scary, but I got use to it. I loved doing gynmastic in the park, and they had an amazing skate park there which was sooo crowded!
It is hard to see what our bathroom is going to be like - it is such a mess!
Happy Birthday Mummy!
C: I loved Little Creatures, and the ferris wheel was amazing! Thanks guys!
S: Funny day! Looks like someone has good taste in number plates...
Happy Birthday Moomaloid

2014-05-11 More Tiling, Mums Day, Assembly & Faction Carnival
Aiysha: We have started netball season again! It is so cool, and I am playing GS, GA and WA. The first game we won 45-7, but we were a bit short this week, and only had 7 players as well as asking Martina and my friend Abbey to play. It was a really close game, and there was a real bully marking me. We finally won 32-28 which was great. Tough game!
Mothers day was fun! Mummy planned it all, which we all thought she enjoyed. We started with giving her 2 cups of tea and her presents (my hand made calendar, and Clara's calculator and home made card), then we had pancakes. Daddy then finished putting the shelves up in our toilet, then we went out to Whitfords for Mummy to get her massage while we walked round the shops, got a Boost and looked at a photo gallery. Then we had lunch, then walked along Whitfords beach.
It was a fun day of mooching, ended with Sweet Sauce Chicken!
We had our Mater Dei Faction Carnival on Friday - Daddy came to watch some of it. Even though I didn't win my sprint, 6 months ago I could not even walk, so I must remind myself of that. It was a fun day, but I am determined to try even harder next year!
Clara: We had our Happy Assembly, which was awesome! We have it on video, and it was a pretty crazy assembly. I think we made everyone happy!
C: Tiles are now going on after a couple of weeks of mess - finally. Looking really good!
S: Went round to Tarique's for a BBQ last week which was pretty funny - basketball, guitar playing, music. Lovely pudding!

2014-04-20 Margaret River!
Clara: Margaret River was awesome! We stayed at Island Brook Winery, and our chalet was set in the bush so we could see all sorts of animals at night time. We went on Possum hunts at night time, which was really exciting!
We went on loads of walks, went to the chocolate factory and even the fudge factory! We went to visit some caves on our own too, which was sooo cool. We saw a few little creatures which were amazing!
On one of walks around our house, we saw a family of kangaroos - Daddy played a trick on Mummy saying it was just a tree, and she fell for it! Funny!
We also drove a long way to go on a kayak trip down a river. We went down one side of the river and stopped when there was no more water. At some points we had to drag our kayak through some rapids as there was not enough water. We played skimming rocks when we stopped for our picnic, and Aiysha did one which was about 10 skims! Daddy was not happy. I managed to do my first skims, which I was so proud of.
Best of all, we went to an animal park just before we went home! I loved it, especially the rabbits! Daddy loved the pigs, again.
We loved our house!
Aiysha: It was such a nice house, and we had a bit of rain as well. One morning I went out running with Daddy and we did fitness too, which was fun. My favourite was the chocolate factory.
C: I loved Cheeky Monkey!
S: It was a lovely place to go running round the bush.
2014-04-10 Broken Toe
Aiysha: I broke my toe doing a round-off on the low beam, and caught my toe on the mat - I was a little sad, but it is nothing like my broken ankle!
As well as going to netball training Roxy, Daddy and I are outside practicing passing, moving and shooting in my hoop - Roxy is getting really good, and her shooting is great!
Clara: I can't wait to play netball next year! I am so excited!
C: Junk collection - I am so excited, I had to tell Dad!
S: Your shooting is excellent Roxy!

2014-04-04 I Love My Dancing!
Clara: I am so excited about my dancing classes. All the gymnastics training that Paish has done with me has paid off, as I have been selected to do some special acro in the dance routines on my own! It is sooo cool! I get some one-to-one lessons too from the teacher.
I love my dancing, and I am learning sooo much! I am even teaching Aiysha some of my moves. Funny!
Mummy and Daddy have come to watch me on my open viewing days too, which is sooo cool.
Aiysha: Well done Rocky - your dancing is excellent!
C: I love your tap!
S: I love your acro - well done, and well done your coach too!

2014-03-30 Joondalup Festival
Mummy and Daddy love the Joondalup Festival - they just go there for the foot. But this time, we saw the most incredible circus act done by two really funny acrobats. The show was on the Eco Stage which was rained off the night before, so we were very lucky. They should have been on a bigger stage. It was very clever!
Mummy and Daddy also had their foot, and we also had some nice snacks.
2014-03-21 Faction Carnival
Clara: We had the faction carnival this year, and Parmelia won this year, but the races were sooo exciting! In my sprint, I did not realise how far in front I was, so I just kept going, and loved winning my race. I got chosen for the Grand Relay too, and we were sooo close to winning that, but in the end came second. I was also in the Star Relay which we won. It was a really enjoyable day, and we got is all on video!
I think I might be chosen for inter-school like Aiysha!
Aiysha: Sorry I missed your races Roxy, but on video you looked great!
C: Well done Clogger Rocker!
S: Great running Clara!
2014-03-20 Swimming - Faction and Interschool
Aiysha: One of the first competitions at Mater Dei was the swimming carnival. I had no idea how I was going to do, as I hardly did any swimming, but I did train - I did a couple of laps of our pool! In the freestyle, I was amazed that I actually came first, and in the relay I just missed out first and came second. I was so surprised, but even more surprised that I got selected to swim in the inter-school carnival!
In the inter-school, I came 4th in my freestyle and 4th in the relay.
Hey, not bad for someone who does no swimming!
Clara: Well done Paish!
C: Well done Paish, what a surprise!
S: Pretty cool, imagine what you could do if you did some serious training, eh?

2014-03-17 Grandma Sik and Grandpa Brian
Grandma Sik and Grandad Brian came to visit us for 2 weeks from Hong Kong. The first week they were here they did loads of stuff! They went to watch Super Rugby, which was our Chirstmas present to them and the Force beat the Rebels - 32-7. They loved it. We went to watch Frozen - we loved it. They went on lots of walks too.
We also went to Botanical Golf and had the funniest game of golf ever! even Grandad was laughing all the way round!
Daddy then took Grandad and Grandma up to Port Denison where they stayed in a Wari house right next to the coast, which was lovely. They stopped at a dodgy cafe on the way up, but when they got there it was a lovely small town. They went beach walks, watched storms coming in, walked along the jetty, made a few visits to cafe's and watched a few movies in the evening. They even went to drive up to Geraldton to hunt down one of Dave's clients who decided never to pay their supplier. They had coffee next door to their shop, as it was closed. No surprise there, and they texted Dave.
On the way back down, they went to the Pinnacles, which were quite amazing, and they even disturbed a bat that was hiding in one of the rocks! They also decided to stop in Jurien Bay for some lunch before getting back.
It was lots of fun having them around.
